Hello LoL,
I Love using Zac and yesterday 1/28/2015 at around 10pm Eastern Zac's 'Special Weapon' Skin stopped loading and would only load his default Green Skin.
That said Zac is in desperate need of new skins he has been neglected in my humble opinion.

i'm going to assume you were in teambuilder for this since there's a known issue with skins not properly selecting there until they roll out a fix if you select his default then re-select the special weapon skin it will work in game
as for future skins they've addressed this before and have said due to his blobby-ness its harder to make skins that would look good stretched/in blob form and with his passive you'll just have to wait like everyone else until they think of something cause they don't want to just give you "bubblegum zac" and have the exact same thing only pink deal with it -sunglasses-
