[GAMEPLAY] BUG

I was trying new metas and such, but all of the sudden i started to notice something with Twisted Fate as adc. Now i'm not sure what or how but Warlord's Bloodlust or any statik proc for that matter always procs on tf's W ability. So what i mean with this is that i can proc static then proc static again on tf's W ability even though statik isnt fully charged up to 100%. i tried this a couple of games to see how i did it to re trace my steps (not to abuse). its nothing op not even close, however it is a bug indeed and this is my favorite game so i wanted to let you guys know. Would much appreciate a response if i helped in anyway, or if you did not know of this matter. Many thanks //CWBrun
