Unable to connect after lobby

Lost multiple games due to "Failed to Connect: Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game." Happens after lobby when trying to join game. Do not even get the characters screen in between. Tried rebooting, reinstalling, running as admin, etc. Every other web application works fine. Please remove leaver penalties and fix the network problem connecting to game server.
