In game keeps freezing for exactly 6 seconds several random times (iMac) after patch no issues befor

As title states, after the update of the new ARAM my league has been freezing for exactly 6 seconds at a time i look at in game timer. Ive never had a single issue before that patch where aram changed. Now i freeze anywhere from 1 to 10 times in a 5 minute span.
