Sivir Hecarim Bug

Hello! I was playing a game of Sivir and it looked like Devastating Charge (E) from Hecarim broke my Spell Shield but still did the full amount of damage. The Death Recap from what I saw Sorry I don't have it saved was Devistating Charge, Spirit of the Dread And Rampage. All of them did damage. That being said, all 3 of those abilities hit me, and none were blocked by the spell shield even tho it was popped!

I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or not but I'm just posting to check it.
