In Season 8 I climbed to Gold 4 before the season ended. But during this whole pre-season, when I load up into games my border does not show, I also did not receive the gifts from reaching gold, and when I go to my profile it say I am gold, but it does not show a gold banner on my profile or display that I was gold last season.

Hey man, I think I have a similar problem. My profile has my banner with the gold border at the bottom. I got the rewards from last season. But I don't have a border when I enter a game. I thought it was a bug that would be fixed by now? Been like this for about a week.
