After 10-15 mins of playing Sion, his Q and Ult stopped working and I was just wondering if this issue was just with me or someone else? I had to restart League application and re logged back in. Also, in game, when you die, the red and blue buff animation are still with him. Iv played him plenty of time in the past, this was the first that Iv seen it happen to me. A friend told me this had happened to him also.
The red and blue are supposed to stay if you die to a monster. To champs, I don't know.
For the q and ult thing, Ive heard about it, but it's never happened to me.
Happened to me on multiple occasions. To fix it i would recall then change the Q to smartcast and keep spamming it until he does the quick swipe ( Q with almost no duration). If he can do the quick swipe consistently then it means Q is working correctly again and I take it off smartcast.
It doesn't make much sense to me but it's the only way i got it to revert so far though i think it would work spamming without the smartcast.
It usually happens when your Q channel is disrupted in a fight. Without Q and R you're pretty much useless for an extended period of time. A really horrible bug- surprised this is the first thread about it.
Oh and if by died you mean executed by a jungle monster that's intentional. They introduced it with the new jungle so that buffs are kept if you're killed by a monster.
if ur a forum guy and read the topics time to time dis problem has happened a lot of time to a lot of ppl and its been happening from the patch after sion was released,it only happens when ............................ and if u die after dat when u come to life the q and r will not work unless u dc and reconnect again.

Riot will never fix it as they don't give a sht about tanks, let alone sion.

This is an EXTREMELY common bug, coming from someone who mains Sion, and it's like the Vi Q bug...which I think still happens so...gg rito.
