Whole Country Cyprus get bug freezes or package loss

So normal day yesterday ... was at work came home around 20:00 +2 time zone and decided to play a ranked game ... everything was normal in the morning and previous day .... Imagine my surprise i get in the game and had freezes like 2000 lag but there was no lag or drop of fps .... no clue why that happen ...... the only think i kept looking a weird icon on top of me (that after i found out that was cause kindred skin) so i was so sure i was hacked (but it wasn't hack i found that out later) so i took a print screen and went into my friends group and posted it ...... the answer ? is not hack it happen to me too ... 20 people told me the same thing ... every a few min we cant move we cant cancel move we cant attack we cant do anything till it passes ..... the whole country that connects to eu nordic & east had the same issues ... the fact that eu west was normal made me feel more strange ..... so i called my provider asked him about it and they said everything looks normal to me .... so i made a ticket .... i consider this ticket a priority one since it said WHOLE COUNTRY .... still nobody read it .... i know they are busy but this is a country check it to be sure so we can find the fault ....
