Skirmisher's Sabre Messed Up Patch Notes

Skirmisher's Sabre STOP IT WARWICK ~~Basic attacks against a Challenged target deal 17-51 (based on level) true damage on hit ~~⇒ 60-162 (based on level) true damage over 3 seconds

This makes it seem like it is another ignite... not the same on hit effect... They specifically crossed out basic attacks, which means it isn't on basic attacks... fix the wording because the item in the "item sets" page (as well as in game) has it as an on hit effect still, not the ignite type mechanic seen here...

I am posting here because this is a wording bug. If i should not post it here, where should it go?
