[Cass BUG] Cassiopeia W ability invisible after casting animation

Played a game today where the Cassiopeia I laned against would cast her Miasma, a casting animation would happen, but the moment the ability touched the ground it would disappear. A teammate also saw the same thing so it was not only happening on my screen. I can't figure out what is causing this as I have not been able to recreate it in any custom games.

Ya, played in regular and the pool stayed for about a second then disappeared, the aoe was still there but animation was absolutely gone. Bugged

also i think her twin fang hits through yasao's wind wall, I dont get it.
