[Gameplay] Nidalee's E (heal) heals half to allies
When casting Nidalee's E in her human form (Primal surge) on an ally it only heals approximately half the amount specified in the spells description.
To reproduce:
- Play as Nidalee and have Primal surge available to cast.
- Cast it on an ally and observe the number of hit points restores compared to the amount specified in the description.
Self casting her heal does not bring about this bug and heals her for the full amount.
