Promo games canceled

Recently got placed in my series for a promotion from a lower division to a higher one. This wasnt a number division like bronze 2 - bronze 1 its was a division up, so best of 5. I just lost my second game and im pretty bummed but was looking forward to another shot. considering I should have had 3 more games maximum I was ready to make a comeback when after my second match ended I was met with the "series failed" and I was no longer in my series. I double checked my match history and sure enough my last game is there and 1 game behind it and thats it the rest are wins. I dont know why It kicked me out but I just figured I would bring this up as a issue I recently had. Either way Im going back into the cesspool of crappy attitudes and awful "meta forgers" of solo queue
