Project Leona First Strike animation at start of each game bug

Hello. I checked my account and saw that I purchased the project leona skin during the 'First Strike'. But for some reason, I am not able to see the added animation for Project skins at the start of each game. I think this is a bug or maybe is not working. Attached is a video of the animation that project skins should do at the start of the game. Thank you,
