[GAMEPLAY] Rift Herald Corruption Stacks Stuck at 63

Even after I died my corruption stacks were still stuck at 63 and I could not proc the charge at all. I haven't seen anything like this before and I think it is a game altering bug and I would appreciate any feedback if someone else has ever had the same bug. It only gains charges when you're away from your allies, so you weren't following someone or they weren't following you, right?
