Hello i was playing Thresh and i saw smth that souls are not always counted. Idk why it doesn't have rule, I just have seen that souls are not count for example why we pick some fast after drop immediately or while there are a lot of and we pick them in the same time. Please check it out. (Sorry for any english mistakes).

i wanna know why my enemy team can see my souls... pretty obnoxious when roaming and trying to make plays
