[Gameplay] First Sona Q creates a fps drop (not game changing)

The Problem: The first Q from sona creates a big fps drop for sona and at least for the teammates when the q is in their view.(might be also for the enemy team never asked them)

**How to recreate: ** on SummonersRift in normal games play as premade with sona and at least one teammate and activate q for the first time while having sona in vison. (if this does not create the bug you might try to have an enemy that is hit by the Q)
