Game Breaking Patch 6.15

I just got done playing a game as Cho'Gath (not sure if it is connected, but it is useful if it is) and at one point in the game I was unable to use abilities other than toggling his E. When I clicked the keys it would just do nothing, it would not say "can't use this ability" like it was on cooldown, no mana, etc. When I leveled up i couldn't upgrade an ability and it would instead do a general ping, this also happened when I left clicked in general. Then I typed in chat it would put me in windowed mode, the back to full screen mode when i opened chat again. I was able to fix the issue by restarting league. This happened to me during a bot game and it was fine, but if this happens to people in pvps it will be a serious problem.
