[GAMEPLAY] Jhin "E" ghost mark on random enemy champs.

About 2-3 days ago i started to experience a bug on jhin's passive mark on his "E" after i started using the high noon skin. The bug consists on random enemy team players getting a permament jhin mark for the remainder of the game, BUT if you shot those targets with your W they would not get rooted. And if they were to get hit, i noticed the mark would get brighter and hence could be trigger by W but even after that the ghost mark was still there. This bug already occured on 3 different games, there was always only 1 enemy that had that permanent mark(first it was a thresh, then gragas and after that an elise). Also in one particular game where both adc's where jhins, the enemy would sometimes got marked by the enemy jhin passive upon being hit by an ally, how do i know that? Its because i use the high noon skin on jhin and its mark visual is totally different from the classic jhin skin, so yeah, when an ally hit an enemy, the mark would sometimes have the visual of the classic jhin skin, not the high noon one, although they would still get rooted if i hit them with W. If anyone else experienced this please tell me. As a main jhin i find this very frustrating as it could lead to making mistakes on who is marked or not, please fix this asap.
