FPS Dramatically decreased after 8.4 PATCH

Hey Guys I have a good High end pc Lenevo y700 with Gtx 960m and I7 6700HQ AND 12G OF DDR4 RAM After that patch , everything went wrong and i cant play Smothly anymore please solve this NB: i even tried to do a repair and nothing happened FIX THIS PLEASE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHOM Got this
