Can't Leave Fountain At ALL

So I was just in a game and right away I could see absolutely nothing. I couldn't see any of the other champions on my team including myself. I couldn't move around at all. All I saw was a completely empty fountain. I couldn't even click into shop. But what I could do was see time rolling and I heard all the "30 seconds to minions spawn" warnings. I also had access to the chat and could see my team ask or assistance and so on. They kept asking me where I was and I explained to them that I wasn't there and could legit do nothing. I reloaded my wifi, tried to reconnect but nothing worked I was still stuck there looking at nothing while everyone around me was just fine. We ended up surrendering in the first 5 minutes because of this. This glitch needs to be fixed cause not only is it unfair to me it's unfair to my team and EXTREMELY annoying. I'm soooo dissapointed and quite rattled this happened. I haven't been playing as long as a lot of my friends and I called them up, people that have been playing for years, and they said they have never experienced something like this. Let me know if anyone else has had this happen and what you did to fix it? If you could I guess. Thanks.
