Can't Use Outside Keybinds Ingame or Client

Ok so I have my "*" key binded to mute my mic in Discord, and mt PrintScreen key binded to start taking a gyazo screencap. About a week ago, pressing there keybinds while in the client or ingame did what they were supposed to do, I muted and unmuted my mic, and i took screencaps. Now, though, these outside binds aren't working ingame or in client. I know it has to be the League because when I click outside of the client or alt tab out of the game, the binds work. I tried the game in both fullscreen and borderless windowed to no avail. I was able to use the binds before, anybody know what changed or what to do?
