bug 0 additional ap from wooglet's witchcap on the twisted treeline while playing xerath

when i was playing on the twisted treeline i got a wooglet's witchcap and the additional ap that i should have got was 0 instead of 25% (tested and worked twice) steps taken to replicate 1: play 2:twisted treeline 3:play xerath this is where it gets complicated because i don't know exactly what the cause of the bug is so ill just say exactly what i got in game get morellonomicon Sorcerer's Shoes wooglet's witchcap void staff and that should replicate the bug of 0 additional ap this is not a tooltip bug because while in game when i got another blasting wand (the one seen in the picture) it gave 40 flat ap without the additional 25%

this is intresting lookm at mine i did the same report for me it happend on every champ but it DID give me the ap it just dodnt show item 3090

i just tried it and when i got another item it only gave me 40 ap from 333 to 373 so thats why i assumed that the 25% wasn't added might be wrong though

just tried building it with ap kog'maw and got the same result with only a morellonomicon Sorcerer's Shoes and wooglet's witchcap so its either that item combination or its the item in general that's bugged

I had a game with oriana just now and I can confirm it gives 0 additional AP. I bought morellonomicon first. Also Ludens echo can be bought on Twisted treeline but you can't buy a needlesly large rod. Rito plz fix Twisted Treeline!
