bug 0 additional ap from wooglet's witchcap on the twisted treeline while playing xerath

when i was playing on the twisted treeline i got a wooglet's witchcap and the additional ap that i should have got was 0 instead of 25% (tested and worked twice) steps taken to replicate 1: play 2:twisted treeline 3:play xerath this is where it gets complicated because i don't know exactly what the cause of the bug is so ill just say exactly what i got in game get morellonomicon Sorcerer's Shoes wooglet's witchcap void staff and that should replicate the bug of 0 additional ap this is not a tooltip bug because while in game when i got another blasting wand (the one seen in the picture) it gave 40 flat ap without the additional 25%

this is intresting lookm at mine i did the same report for me it happend on every champ but it DID give me the ap it just dodnt showitem 3090

just tried building it with ap kog'maw and got the same result with only a morellonomicon Sorcerer's Shoes and wooglet's witchcap so its either that item combination or its the item in general that's bugged

I had a game with oriana just now and I can confirm it gives 0 additional AP. I bought morellonomicon first. Also Ludens echo can be bought on Twisted treeline but you can't buy a needlesly large rod. Rito plz fix Twisted Treeline!

it fixed once I moved it from the current item slot to another one
