lost 8 games straight cause i got a crash everygame after lobby count downends

Two things:
- Why did it take eight attempts for you to recognize that there was something wrong?
- We can't see files on your computer's hard drive.

...Okay I get it's a bad bug and all but maybe you should have tried something besides "yeah just play again right away" after the first couple of times?
Have you tried the repair tool? Uninstalling and reinstalling?
