(GAMEPLAY) Sion's Q and R working !?!!?(EUW)

I was in an ARAM game and half way through the game when everything gets real intense and team fights happen more often, i couldn't use my q ability and then when i tried to ult to start a team fight, same result. I was confused at first and thought i was a problem with my keyboard but i can type the Q and R letters fine therefore my laptop does register when i am pressing the keys. I also tried pressing the abilities to see if i could use the abilities in that way but i had the same result - nothing happened. I also noticed that sion was speaking more often too. It ended up being a very frustrating loss as i had an option of two abilities which were by no means enough to alter our losing streak. I will not go in another game until i know this problem has been patched as it's going to only result in rage.
