When does the Riot Games think of installing an anti-hack/exploit add-on similar to VAC, from STEAM?

I mean, I get it that you want to do things differently, but still, EVERYONE CHEATS, and nowadays, THEY CHEAT AS NEVER BEFORE I HAVE SEEN SINCE THIS GAME HAS BEEN RELEASED. Do you guys check any competitor's anti-cheat strategies ? DO YOU LITERALLY CHECK ANY COMPETITION? How do you encourage this community to enjoy hackerless games? How do you mantain a positive, non-toxic community, when out of 10 games, 9 are with, and/or against cheaters?
