[Gameplay] Attacking with Enemy with Thornmail under friendly tower

When autoing an enemy champion under a friendly tower while said champion has thornmail, the tower doesn't target them even thought they're dealing damage to a champion. This occurred to me when I, as Vayne, aa an enemy Garen under my tier two tower and lost a significant amount of health, so much so that he Q-aa me once, ulted, and I died.
