ZED shodow's Q

when i cast my W (shadow) and then cast my Q (shuriken) the Q appear on the champion only and its doesnt cast on the shadow i mean the shadow's Q didn't work whole the game ! it appears and works on my (ult) shadow but doesn't work on the (W) shadow happened to me 2 games in row and i can't play anymore with that bug just fix this please...
