{CLIENT} Skip Waiting For Stats Freezes screen

After my game I didn't press the button at the end of the game when it says victory or defeat for about 2 minutes. When I did the stats didn't come up but a box with "skip waiting for stats" did. When I pressed on it nothing happened and it wouldn't let me do anything on the client besides talking to my friends. Since I was in a party I was in the queue but when the accept match came up and i accepted the screen stayed the same withe the "skip waiting for stats" box and I then had to dodge. This then gave me a queue dodge timer which is frustrating.
