i can't buy rp i write in all the stuff and when i press PAY NOW. it starts loading and then an ERROR You have encountered an error. Please try again later. this never happened to me before HAAAAAAAALP!!!

I have the same Problem after i updated my windows 10, I've also tried all the "fixes" listed by riot and had no success.
