[CLIENT] Load into game with no HUD interface, minimap wonky

I've submitted two reports, posting here as well in case other people also have this issue or solution. Image captions also have the descriptions I gave when I submitted via https://pbr.leagueoflegends.com/na/en_US/bugReport/create.

Basically, steps are:

  1. Load into game (seen twice on ranked SR and once on ARAM Howling Abyss) 2a. No HUD visible; shop and chat windows are visible 2b. First time this occurred, minimap was not visible; second and third times, minimap visible but visually incomplete
  2. To resolve, exit game and reconnect
  3. Continue playing at a disadvantage due to lost time :) item 3151

Edit: Am about to attempt initiating Full Repair, hope this fixes it.

**Followup: ** I ran full repair (via the Settings > Initiate Full Repair button) after this post, shut my computer down for half the day, booted up a few hours ago. First game I played was again ranked SR, and I experienced the same missing HUD bug. I'm adding the screenshot to the album.

Still experiencing this, even after full repair. No pattern as to what causes it, and it seems to have gotten worse because where a simple exit-and-reconnect would fix it, now I've had to completely close any League processes and re-login, etc.
