Riven 3rd Broken Wings BUGGED

So, after some testing, (and having it happen multiple times to me in matchmade games), it seems that Riven's 3rd Q can jump OVER certain skillshots if you time it right. For example : Ashe arrow, morgana bind etc.

It'd be best to look into this matter as it's quite gamebreaking, as i perceive it.
