CassiOPias missing VFX when she casts spells

Last night I was with a group of friends playing a few League games, when we encountered a she was supporting bottom lane, lets begin about how annoying that would of been off by saying that even if the circumstances were normalized. Every time she would cast her W it was unnoticed. I know that this wasn't something that was wrong with just my client as everyone else in the game could not see it either. Her VFX on her ultimate and on her Q were almost non-existent as well. The SFX were all in place, and whenever you would become poisoned your character would have the indication over their head that they were intoxicated. However, not being able to see her W was making it extremely difficult to lane against her as you wouldn't know that you were walking into a slow, being poisoned, or how to get out of said slow quickly enough to be useful. Just think she should be pulled off the shelf until she can be fixed is all.
