Spacebar does nothing with Semi-Locked camera

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a fail on Riots part by not making the spacebar center the camera on the player when Y(locking the camera) is on with semi locked. that is the only thing keeping me from using it. so if you could add that or fix it that would be really great!
