ranked bug !!!!

Yo i am gold 1 in promo for platinum i have 2 loses then i won a game and it went 2loses 1 win then i took one more win but the system didnt count it and i dont know the reason if you look my match history you will see i have 2 wins in solo duo for promo.but when you go to ranked it says that i have only 1 win
