I have completed all Lunar Revel Missions, Forged my Golden Revel Token and used it to purchase my Warring Kingdoms Garen Golden Chroma and Icon. I was awarded the icon, but not the skin. I assumed this may be because i previously did not have Warring Kingdoms Garen so i purchased RP and then purchased the skin. However, the chroma is still not available to me. Halp.

I also managed to gather 96 pieces Revel Tokens. Afterwards, I exchanged it to 1 piece Golden Revel Token. I then exchanged it to Warring Kingdoms Garen (Golden) Chroma and Golden Garen Icon.
The same with your problem, I don't have it and I did not receive it. Please help Riot. Thank you.
Same here, 96 tokens and exhanged for gold token for the garen chroma.. No chroma, though i don't own the skin. What's the deal?

To be honest, I dont even expect Riot to post an answer here.. specially not a helpfull one, maybe something like ... "yeah well we dont care, but we answer nicely, so it looks like we tried to help" ... The description of the event-shop clearly stats, the we get this chroma skin. Period! So where is it?
I did also buy the Warring KIndgoms Garen for 1 revel but did not get the skin just the icon..
I also am having the same issue but with the corki one. Extremely dissapointed it was not explained clearly.
