Rakan W Bug (Gameplay)

So after a ponder in the practise tool with Rakan. I noticed that if you used his W 2 times in a row very fast. You would fly to one place. but knock up wherever your curser was at the time you used the second w. You could knock anyone up at any range. I could w in my base and hit somebody that has just spawned in fountain. I don't know if this is important or not but I thought I would point it out.
