Rek 'Sai Tunnels Lasting Entire Game [GAMEPLAY]

So in my last game, a Rek 'Sai was able to teleport to the same tunnel top lane for 15 minutes, and standing on BOTH ENDS did nothing to it. The tunnel had no time bar over it, and while the destruction animation went off for standing on it, the tunnel, well, didn't disappear.

Anyone else seen this? I can post a LoL Replay File if needed.
