[Gameplay] Varus Q stop working

Happens at least once every 5 games lately. Usually starts okay but then when i respawn or tp back to nexus, my Q just stop working. After that the only thing i can do to solve the problem is to restart the game. Please solve that problem because the whole team hates me when i have to quit for a few minutes and then report me, thats so annoying!!
