Skin Shard Upgrade into Permanent

I had just open two Jack-of-All-Lanes packs and was breaking down skins and upgrading them. I upgraded my Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere and played a game ranked game, afterwards went to collections to get rid of the icon and noticed out of what I napped that Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere wasn't there despite making sure that one was specifically upgraded

when you upgrade a skinshard into perm I am pretty sure it goes into your skin collection tab, and gets removed from the loot tab, if that is not the case you should submit a support ticket to Riot https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thank you for recommending submitting a ticket. I logged on this morning and had the Warring Kingdom Tryndamere sitting in my collection
