Champion Select Timer Freezes at 0 - "Dodge" - [Client]

In champion select for a ranked queue. Ban phase goes fine. First-pick hovers Ezreal, his timer drops to 0. I ask if anyone else's timer is frozen in chat, they say no. Then POOF kicked to main lobby screen and penalized for dodging, except I didn't dodge, the client froze on first champ 0 seconds. I was fifth pick...

How to reproduce: No idea, be in champion select and the client randomly will freeze... Then I get penalized, despite the error being the fault of the client and not the fault of the player...

Same first encountered this a couple of weeks ago and seems to be getting more and more frequent, Usually the timer will freeze at zero during the banning phase (or champ select) and won't come back until it has kicked you (Most of the time will stay frozen until you restart your client.)

Seems random as some games its fine, overall its just really really annoying especially when your having to wait out the queue time dodge and it could happen again next champ select and bump up the amount of time you have to wait.

yep stopping playing ranked losing promos for this shit constantly and sure as hell fault isnt on my gaming pc that cant run their shitty lobby fk you riot

This happens to me constantly. My internet connection is at full bars (both wireless and plugged in), and runs everything efficiently. I have few problems in game with lag, but freeze in almost every single lobby. After joining, the first timer (for everyone to declare a champ) falls to 0, then sits there. SOMETIMES WHEN IT IS MY PICK, its like the lobby "reconnects" and the timer will quickly move through everyone before me, then give me 5 seconds to pick. I have lost so much IP from this. It is so difficult to keep playing this game when Riot obviously does nothing to fix these major issues with the new client. I've submitted tickets and made posts, yet nothing has happened. Please fix the damn lobby
