Rune page is being deleting

hello, plz help

Few days ago my rune pages has been deleted and now when i create new ones and re-login they are being deleted too. So issue is that i cant save rune pages. I logged in with another account and the rune pages were deleted there too... i think the patch is deleting my rune pages..
