Zed Q-E bug?

I have noticed in game as of late (on the oceanic servers) as Zed, AFTER his shadow is gone there is STILL the indicator for his Q, so for example i throw my shadow clone out and throw a shurikan from it, all is well and fine but the shadow disappears and i go to throw a second shurikan the indicator shows two separate indicators. sorry if i have explained this poorly. it's not much of a bug but it has affected me in the midst of battle. thanks for all the hard work and great in game features Riot!!
