[GAMEPLAY] Lux Bug really annoying

Hi theres a small issue with Lux in Oce. I have noticed her ability Lucent Singularity on the E key sometimes goes off after cast without pressing the E key a second time. I play Lux most of the time and have tested if this is an error i am making but its not. This issue does not happen on every cast
but does happen reguarly.
