I had 700 Silver Serpent coins/tokens and tried to upgrade my ult playing as GP and it wouldn't allow me to upgrade no matter how many times i tried.

I have the same problem. I have it almost every game and there's nothing I can do. I've tried just about everything to try and fix it but it just won't let me. When i can use it it glows as if i can always buy it but when it doesn't work it shades as if i can't afford it,
