Unsealed Spellbook
Had an instance to where my swapped summoner spell was not able to be used. Saw another post on the bug being caused by Hexflash, but I didn't have that rune equipped. Not really sure what caused this to happen, but I could not use the regular spell nor the newly swapped one.
