Braum Passive Bug [Gameplay]

I've noticed this twice. As Braum I will apply my passive. When it has just expired, my team will AA and it will cause the buff to reapply. So my team gets a free braum passive. This has only happened after I have died. I hope this description is helpful. I do not have any recordings or pictures.
