Champion Select

Whenever I play ranked (which is all I play), I experience two problems almost every time i'm in champion select.

1. During champion select I cannot click on the champion that i choose to play or any champions for that matter. Therefore, leading to my removal from champion select, losing 10 lp and having to wait 5-30 mins.
2. During champion select, server connection times out? When it comes to banning champions or choosing them, I could not see whom is being banned or chosen or if its my turn to do either. Sometimes, if i'm lucky things will come back to normal and i'll see where I am but more often then not, I end up being removed because it would either be my turn to ban or choose the champion I will play. But, due to the lag I end up being removed and again ill lose 10 lp and have to wait a while to return to queue. Everything i work for in ranked becomes lost, I cannot move up in rank and I get no reimbursement from Riot.
