[gameplay] Rapidly spamming 'e' will cause Azir to dash unintentionally.

If you spam 'e' (I have smart-cast enabled) while holding the cursor over empty ground, Azir will sometimes dash to a random (the closest, maybe?) sand soldier, if there is one on the field. Usually this happens when I am trying to dash away, but have run out of soldiers. No soldier will be spawned and thus I should not be able to dash, however, Azir dashes to an offensive soldier, thus throwing me into the enemy team. This does not always happen; I am not sure what the exact conditions are.
