Braum Stun and Jinx Ult Possible Bug

Recently I was playing Braum on Summoners Rift, I used my Q on Jinx, which added one stack of his Concussive Blows. When my ADC attacked 3 more times, it was supposed to stun. Jinx then proceeded to Ult (Not sure if it was before or after the stun) but when she ulted, it canceled the stun allowing her to move. I can't remember if she got a kill or not which would have made her "Get Excited!" passive go off.
