Crash during Loading Screen

Basically, every once in a while, whilst in loading screen (the thingy right after champion select), it gets to 100%, and then just stops. I can't go any further, it just stays there forever. Eventually, I close the game via task manager, and I'm too scared to ranked because I fear this'll happen in a ranked game. Plz fix your client Riot.
